I have led product work across the full lifecycle — from early innovation and user research through delivery and scale — with teams building both licensable SaaS and bespoke enterprise software. My approach has always been grounded in the customer: understanding how people work before designing what they need.
At ZS Associates
I joined ZS’s Software Development organization to work directly with the CTO on enabling software for life sciences sales reps. The group was engineering-only at the outset; I helped build the functional areas that didn’t yet exist — User Experience and Customer Experience — while establishing how new functional areas like Product Management and Product Marketing would collaborate. We started with dozens of best of breed solutions which gradually evolved into an integrated platform. Together, we shipped multiple new SaaS products enabling 130+ companies and 100,000 sales personnel globally. Research with pilot clients showed 15–40% improvement in customer engagement and a 15–30% sales lift.
ZAIDYN Field Insights: Conceptualized, tested, and built a novel field enablement solution with AI-powered behavioral nudges.
Dynamic Targeting: Collaborated with data scientists to reimagine a failed product and close a gap in the product suite.
As the product organization matured, I built and scaled the User Experience team from 3 to 75 (consistent with industry staffing ratios), ensured Agile practices properly included UX, and developed multiple generations of a design system — culminating in ZSUI, which eventually became a product in its own right.
Design Systems: Established and iterated a design system to improve consistency and accelerate throughput.
I then made the case to build a User Experience capability in ZS’s consulting business — and later a full Custom Development organization. I brought learnings from the product group, and we created a robust shared component library that reduced engineering and test effort by 35–40%. These generated ~$30M in revenue at peak.

Custom Development: Recommended, built, and hyper-scaled a bespoke software business generating multiple new revenue streams.

At SAP
Earlier in my career at SAP, I supported showcase-quality internal implementations of SAP products as part of the Solution Management organization — a sales-enabling function that contributed to license revenue growth. I later served as Americas PMO for the migration of three legacy intranet systems, overseeing 20 lines of business and delivering status updates to the Office of the CEO.
