Mentoring
A mentor is a seasoned expert who offers knowledge, guidance, and support based on their own experiences. They answer direct questions, provide new information, leverage their network for their mentee, and offer alternative perspectives. It’s typically less structured than a coaching relationship.

Coaching
The role of a coach is to ask open-ended questions, facilitate self-discovery, and orient their coachee towards the future to help them achieve their aspirations. The coach encourages and challenges their coachee to take responsibility for their development, set goals, take action, and grow.
“I’ve had the pleasure of working with Natalie through a mentor relationship. Her support, vision, and caring nature have been fundamental to my transition and growth … She has the perfect blend of an analytical and empathetical mindset that affords her the ability to be practical and matter fact but in a way that is inspirational and motivating.”
